About SnapToSize
The afternoon between finishing a piece and listing it.
That afternoon is what SnapToSize gives back. It started as one Etsy seller's own workaround for it — the sizes, the naming, the ZIPs, the listing photos — and it is now everything between the art and the published listing, from a single upload.
The point was never to make file preparation faster. It was to stop spending the part of the week you actually want, on the part you don't.

Every file and every room photo is yours to sell commercially, on every plan, free included. Uploads are JPEG, PNG or WEBP up to 50 MB; everything comes back at 300 DPI, named with inches, centimetres and pixels, and packed to stay under Etsy's 20 MB limit.
What it deliberately is not
SnapToSize is not a design tool and not an AI art platform. It does not want to be where you make the work — it wants the work to arrive finished and leave ready to publish.
That boundary is the reason the rest of it can be good. Everything inside it is one job done properly: the sizes a buyer actually orders, the framing decision left with you, the names a shop can search, the photos a listing needs.
Built and run daily in working Etsy shops
Every mode here came from a real listing that needed it. Before the tool existed, each new piece meant exporting one size at a time across five ratios, naming the files by hand, zipping the folders, and checking each ZIP against Etsy's limit before uploading.
SnapToSize runs daily in our own active Etsy shops, producing the files and the listing photos for real listings. If something breaks, we meet it the same day a seller would, on our own listings.
That loop is why it ships small, specific improvements rather than features that demo well. Room mockups shipped in August because listing photos were the last part of the afternoon still being done by hand.

Where this is going
SnapToSize is built on one bet: that a seller preparing artwork for print is doing a specific job, and that a tool built for exactly that job beats a general one she has to bend into shape.
So the roadmap is the rest of the afternoon. Each release takes another piece of the distance between a finished file and a published listing and hands it back — which is how upscaling, framing control, saved size sets and room photos each arrived.
