You are photographing a catalogue, not a listing: five full packs a month runs out and you are waiting on the calendar. Max takes the ceiling off packs, saved size sets and AI Upscale together.

Pricing FAQs
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Manage subscription on your billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- What happens if I hit the free limit?
- You'll see a message offering the upgrade. Free export and pack limits reset daily at midnight UTC. The full 10-image first mockup pack is a one-time welcome rather than a daily allowance — after it, free runs give you 3 rooms each.
- What is Max, and do I need it?
- Max is the whole listing workflow with nothing capped: no monthly limit on mockup packs, unlimited saved size sets and unlimited AI Upscale — $24.99/month, or $159/year. Pro already gives you 10 rooms per run and 5 full mockup packs a month, so Max is the plan for the months when that cap is what slows you down. You can buy it from your billing page on any plan.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes, from Manage subscription. Stripe prorates the change, so the part of the month you have already paid for is credited against the new plan — there is no need to cancel first.
- Will my artwork be stretched to fit the frames?
- No — every frame matches your artwork's aspect ratio. A 2:3 listing gets a 2:3 frame, filled edge to edge and never stretched or cropped to fit. The frame geometry is measured, not eyeballed.
- What happens to the artwork I upload?
- It is stored only long enough to process your export and let you download it, then deleted automatically. We don't keep your processed files long-term. The detail is in the privacy policy.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free plan needs no card and doesn't expire. You only enter payment details if you choose Pro or Max.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We recommend trying the free plan first. If you upgrade and encounter technical issues, contact support within 7 days. The full terms are in the refund policy.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. The price you see is what you pay. No setup fees, no overage charges.
